Remember you need to claim your prize within 2 weeks as per the rules in the sidebar. Also please allow a few weeks for the sponsor to get back to you with any prizes. I'm sure you can appreciate that they are very busy.

Also don't forget we are also always looking for people to guest spot on our DT. So if you would like to be considered as a GDT, after your name on your entry add the letters GDT.

So let's get onto to what the team have made this week.

Hello Mary here. The image I am using is Businessman and the gorgeous paper that came with it. I used an SVG file for the phone. I have used Spectrum Noir pens DG2, CG3, CG4 for the tie. BG8, BG9 for the suit. GG2 for the shirt and trainers. EB3, GB1, GB3 for the hair .TN3, CR3 for the skin. Phone and buttons silver metallic pen. Buckles - yellow sharpie

Ruth:  I couldn't decide which of the sponsor images to use so I went for them both!  Both have been coloured with Promarkers the Businessman and The Great Baker and I've used papers I found in my stash as I've been having a clear out and need to use up my scraps!

Penny  - I colored this Businessman image from The Paper Shelter with Copic markers. E00, E11, E15, E18, Y28, 0 Blender, N4, R20, N8, BG72, BG75, Precise v7 Black pen.  Working 4 A Living, hand-colored yellow background, Cricut Cut Working 4 A Living on the Cricut, Covered 2 levels with business dots fancy pants paper one strip of rick-rack.  Happy Labor Day inside. Uniball White Gel Pen

NanaConnie here and I used "The Great Baker" from The Paper Shelter.  I used the following ProMarkers:
Hair, skin, and book: Canary, Buttercup, Mustard, Pale Pink, Carnation
Clothing: Cool Gray 2 and 5, Denim Blue
Furniture:  Caramel, Cinnamon, Cool Gray 5, Gold, Black, Silver Metallic
Bowl and whisk:  Cool Aqua, Silver Metallic
Background: Ivory, Blush, Cinnamon
The background was cut with a die from Memory Box and the image with a CUTplorations die.

Janet - I've used a Paper Shelter image I have had for a while Called Tucan.  I have coloured him with Tria alcohol pens. I have had to add all my usual layers and some tropical coloured flowers just to make him feel at home.

Tammy -  I too have used the Paper Shelter Businessman image.  I decided to make a simple Happy Retirement card.  I did some basic copic coloring.  My DP is the Petticoats and Pinstripes 6x6 paper pack from Echo Park that I've had for awhile and not really used very much! It was nice to give it a run.  I used a couple of die cuts - the CC Designs oval to cut out the image and mat and then I used the Lawn Fawn Simple Stitched Hillside Borders to give an edge to one of the papers.  I knew I wanted to keep this card simple so the stitched edge just adds a bit of dimension.  The sentiment is Milestone Moments by Stampin' Up.

Just fabulous as always ladies.

Ruth:  I couldn't resist both the sponsor images and have used Emmi-Lou on my first card, colouring with Promarkers and using papers I found in my stash that I've had for quite some time!

And for my second card I've used the cute Gaffi and again used Promarkers to colour along with glitter glue.

Melle Clef : Hello everyone. I used this cute and versatile digistamp called Emmi Loo. I colored it with alcool ink markers. I made a card with it adding a few treats so that I can offer this card for a birthday or any occasion.

Marjeta: It is time for a new challenge and our sponsor - Crafty Sentiments Designs, donated us a great digital stamps. I choose cute Gaffi for my card. I colored him with Prismacolor penciles. This is the colors I used : Creme, Spanish Orange, Mineral orange, Canary yellow, Light pink and Burnt Ochre.

Janet - I used the image Gaffi from our sponsor Crafty Sentiments Designs. I've used him to make a new baby card. I've coloured him with Copic pens and added a little Polychromo pencil over the top to add a bit more colour.

Hi again! It's me - Vic.  I have popped over to share my card with you - This week, I got Gaffi Giraffe from Crafty Sentiments.  He is sooo cute! I even used him on two cards - a card for a little boy, and a card for a little girl. The image is lovely to colour - I used a mixture of my spectrum noirs, promarkers and my new nuvo pens. A bit of gingham, diecutting, embossing and edge-inking, and both cards were finished...

So let's get onto to what the team have made this week.

Welcome to Hanna who joins us for a 3 month Guest Designer spot!
Also, we say goodbye to Julia who is stepping down from the team - thank you for all your support and wonderful creations!

Hello.  This Kym here.  For my card I have used the seahorse and seaweed images from the "Emma the Mermaid and Friends Set".  I have coloured the images in with Promarkers.  I have used a Viva Declor blue pen to add some pearl drops to the seahorse.  I have fussy cut the seahorse and the seaweed.
For the background I have various Spectrum Aqua pens and scribbled on my glass mat, spritzed with water and whooshed the card around.  I kept repeating this until I'd got the effect I wanted.  I then got a darker blue pen, spritzed and then used a scrap of bubble wrap to make it resemble water bubbles in the water.  The Promarkers I have used are:
Seahorse - Canary, Yellow, Sunflower, Duck Egg Blue and Denim Blue
Seaweed - Duck Egg and Turquoise and Cool Grey 2.

Sue N  -  I used 5 x 7 cream card, used dark blue, light blue card to mount the image on to.  added blue shaped card in each corner, finished of with blue gems, school bag button coloured with blues, browns, skin colours promakers pens

Hello! Hanna here. I'm exited to share my first card with you as I'm going to be a guest designer for a couple of months. I coloured the image, Happy Flowers, by Fred She Said with Distress inks. I used some soft colours to colour the flowers like Victorian Velvet, Shabby Shutters and Milled Lavender - fits perfect with the patterned papers by BildmÃ¥larna.

Hi Shell here with my latest creation, using one of our sponsors images Called 'Happy Flowers'

I have used my trusty Promarkers & faber-Castell pencils to colour. I used an oval blank when running my embossing folder through my machine, it just gives some space on the background so it doesn't over power the image. You will find full details on my blog....

Jane - I have used Nolan With Heart for my card today, cutting away the heart to make a shaker element!  I coloured the cute Nolan with Copics and the colours are listed on my blog.

Ruth:  I couldn't decide which image to use so I've gone with both!  First up is Nolan with a sign and he's been coloured with Promarkers and I handwrote my own sign

And my second uses Happy Flowers - I've decoupaged the biggest flower and added glitter and seed beads to the centres.

Just fabulous as always ladies.

We'd like to welcome another Guest Designer who is joining us for three months - Mary!

So let's get onto to what the team have made this week.

Ruth:  I've used both images from our wonderful sponsor - first up is Let's Eat Teds Cake which I've coloured using Promarkers and used some rather old papers I found in my stash!

I've also used MP3 Mike, again coloured with Promarkers and used some more of those papers I found in my stash!

Michelle - I have used Lets Eat Teds Cake by Di's Digi to create this divine shaker card!  The image was colored with copic markers and the background was created with Distress Oxide inks.

Hello. This is Kym here.  For my male themed card I have used the Di's Digi Stamps image called "MP3 Mike" and I have coloured the image in with Promarkers.  I have then die-cut around the image with a Spellbinders die and then used a texture and stars stamps from Visible image to add some interest around the image.  The Promarkers I have used are:

Face/skin - Saffron, Spice and Oatmeal
Hair - Cocoa, Cinnamon and Sandstone
Top/shoes/phone - China Blue and Cobalt Blue
Trousers - Cocoa, Cinnamon and Sandstone.

Hello this is Mary I am a GDT. For my card I have used Let's Eat Ted's Cake. I have layered up paper from my stash which have been cut using a stitched die. I added two stars in one corner and a few sequins in the other.  I have used Spectrum Noir pens: GG 1,2 For the hat and icing; GB1,3,5 for the teddy bear; DR 1,5 for the fruit on the cake; CR3 for the flowers; Yellow Sharpie pen for the flower centres on the cake; TN 1,5 for the cake; Spectrum Noir pencils:  089 and 091 for the fur;  112 for the icing and hat

Sharon:  I've used Lets eat  Ted's cake for my card and this time I wanted to focus completely on the image so I have gone for a very clean and simple style which I love. I used aqua pens scribbled on to a glass mat and picked up with a damp brush to colour my image which gives a lovely water colour effect but still allows an option to add shading.

Just fabulous as always ladies.
