Ruth:  I've used the cute Celebration Bunny, coloured with Promarkers and a little bit of sparkle.  Papers are my stash, along with the ribbon.  I've used Clearly Besotted dies and cut them twice, glossy accented them and the sprinkled fine glitter over the top so they are quite glittery!  The numbers are from the pound shop.

Hello.. It's Billie A. here with my card using the image from Lee Holland Art squirrel with birthday balloons  I colored the image with copics and used my cloud template and Ranger ink for the sky. I added to some Stampin up card stock and a scrap of Quick Quote flower paper. The sentiment is from Reverse Confetti and Stampin up. I went over the balloons and present with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush.  If you click on my name it will take you to my blog.
