Week 9 - Anything Goes Colouring Challenge - Sponsored by The Paper Shelter

Good morning and welcome to The Colour Crazy Challenge blog!

We have a new challenge every Friday at 8am GMT however all our challenges last for two weeks and the theme is always Anything Goes

You can use any colouring medium you like, onto any project you like, and in any colours you like.
Please note, we are a colouring challenge and therefore you must display some colouring on your project - I'm sorry but we don't accept pre-coloured or digitally coloured images.

This week our sponsor is The Paper Shelter

Remember you need to claim your prize within 2 weeks as per the rules in the sidebar. Also please allow a few weeks for the sponsor to get back to you with any prizes. I'm sure you can appreciate that they are very busy.

So let's get onto to what the team have made this week.

Ruth:  used Unicornmania and I've coloured her with Promarkers.  All the papers are offcuts I found in my scrap box and I've distressed the edges with scissors.

Hello, Billie A. here with my card using the fun image called Unicornmania. I colored this fun image with copics. I then found this fun Echo Park paper so added the image to the papers. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment and added to the card.  I finished with some sequins.. I hope some little person will love this fun card birthday card.

Hello. This is Melle Clef. Here is the card I've made with the cuuuute digistamp Unicornmania. I coloured my stamp with alcohol markers, a lot of wink of stella, and a little bit off silver and golden gel pens. I used a paper from a very old collection. I had it for ages, but I could also have used the lovely paper included with the digistamp. I glued a shiny golden lace stickers and 3 stars and just added my stamp and my sentiment to the card. It was so easy to make a card with this girly image !

Hello from Elizabeth and I am happy to report that I am also joining in on the Unicornmania craze. This is such a cute image from The Paper Shelter and I am loving seeing how everyone used their creative skills on this darling image. I chose a yellow and pink color motif and used Copic markers for the image and Distress Oxide ink around the die cut frame. A cute banner, gems and a gingham bow finished off this fun card.

Hi again, Vic here, sharing my card for this challenge. The paper shelter let me use this lovely image this week - it's called "Unicornmania."  I thought it would be perfect for my friends little girl, who is turning 4 soon. I didn't want to add a lot of other embellishments on this card, as she would probably pick them all off! Lol. I printed the sentiments and her name, on the pc, and added some glitter  on her name, age and unicorn mane and tail.

Janet here, I have also used Unicornmania from The Paper Shelter. I ahve coloured her with copic pens. I have used a patterned paper back ground, a die cut border and a lovely pink ribbon. The sentiment is foiled.

Hi! Marjeta here! I want to show you card I made with gorgeous The Paper Shelter digital image. Colored with Prismacolor penciles and embellished with flowers and ribbon.
Colours I used: Pink, Blush pink, Creme, Magenta, White (dress)
Creme, Nectar, Light peach, Burnt Ochre (skin)
Cool grey 10%, 20%, Sky blue Light, Light Peach, rainbow colours (unicorn)

Hello, Sherry here using the adorable 'Unicornmania' by The Paper Shelter.  I colored the image with colored pencils. Used distress ink around the image, sentiment, paper and card. Glued a piece of ribbon across the card and folded a small piece for behind the flower.

HI there, this is Margo, also using the adorable Unicornmania by The Paper Shelter.  She's so incredibly cute !  I have coloured her with my Copic Markers.  The papers I have used are from an older block, don't rember the name.  I have added an organza bow with a flower and some flowers on the side, the sentiment is in Dutch, it says Happy Birthday.
