Good morning and welcome to The Colour Crazy Challenge blog!
Our weekly challenge theme is always
Anything Goes
You can use any colouring medium you like, onto any project you like, and in any colours you like.
Please note, we are a colouring challenge and therefore you must display some colouring on your project - I'm sorry but we don't accept pre-coloured images.
This week our sponsor is Ching-Chou Kuik
We are on the look-out for participants to join us for three month Guest Designer positions - if this interests you, please add GD after your name on your entry. Good luck!
So let's get onto to what the team have made this week.
Ruth: I've used Heart of Spring; coloured with Promarkers plus a little glitter glue and liquid pearls here and there. Papers, ribbon and flowers are from my stash - I'm determined this year to use what I have as I have quite a lot of it and, well, it needs to be used!
Helloooooo, it's Jackie here. Image from our fabulous sponsor Ching Chou Kuik. I coloured with Pencils. I used Dixie Dp's. Flower dies, silk leaves and a sentiment complete. You can see more details HERE.
Hello... It's Billie A using the image called Heart of Spring from Ching Chou Kuik
I colored the image with copics and went over the flowers with Spectrum Noir sparkle brush. I added the Hello Simon Says and Reverse Confetti sentiment. The frame is dies from My favorite things. I put this all on some DCWV designer paper. You can see more on my card if you click on my name.
Hello this is Maryann, Guest Designer, with a birthday card. I chose this beautiful "Heart of Spring" image from our Sponsor Ching-Chou Kuik and colored it with my Polychromos and other pencils in pastel tones. I selected a dark paper to highlight it and garnished the free side with some flowers and leaves and other embellishments. You will find all the details on my blog.
Welcome to the first challenge of 2021. Marjeta here! I made my first card in this year with Ching Chou Kuik digital stamp. I coloured it with different colour media. I used Distress ink from TH, Twinmarkers and Prismacolor Pencils. If you like what you see, came and visit my blog for more information. You can find image HERE.
Hello and Happy New Year AuntySue here with my card using Rainbow in her eyes. You can find the image in her shop HERE. I have coloured her with promarkers and Copic Markers. If you would like to find out more about my card please visit my blog HERE
Hi there, Margo here and this week I have made a card with the beautiful Heart of Spring by our fabulous sponsor Ching-Chou Kuik. I have coloured her with my copic markers. I have distressed all the edges to make my card a little vintage, hope you like it.
Hi all! Vic here again, to share my card made with Ching Chou Kuik image: Heart of Spring. I coloured her using my promarkers and added some punched butterflies in similar colours. I inked the edges of the image and the backing paper, and dry embossed a simple line around the image. The sentiment was stamped.
Just fabulous as always!
