Good morning and welcome to The Colour Crazy Challenge blog!

Our weekly challenge theme is always
Anything Goes

You can use any colouring medium you like, onto any project you like, and in any colours you like.

Please note, we are a colouring challenge and therefore you must display some colouring on your project - I'm sorry but we don't accept pre-coloured images.

This week our sponsor is Oddball Stamps!

We've been lucky to use some of the images from the Creepy Cute Chronicles which you can get a free 14-day trial via this link

Remember you need to claim your prize within 2 weeks as per the rules in the sidebar. Also please allow a few weeks for the sponsor to get back to you with any prizes. I'm sure you can appreciate that they are very busy.

We are on the look-out for participants to join us for three month Guest Designer positions - if this interests you, please add GD after your name on your entry.  Good luck!

So let's get onto to what the team have made this week.

Ruth:  I decided to use one of the fab Funny Yeti Faces, coloured with Promarkers and then added it to the card base with a homemade spring.  Sentiment is computer generated and I've finished off my doodling a line around the edge of the card!

Hello.. Billie A. here with my card using the image called Spring Cleaning by OddBall Art..
I colored the image with copics and cut her down and adder her to this fun colorful designer paper. I added the tiny ric rac ribbon along the side.. I know it's hard to read but the sentiment says "The dust bunnies killed my cleaning fairy".. If you click on my name it will take you to this card on my blog.

Hey there!  Pam here ~ and I too am sharing Oddball Art's Spring Cleaning image.  Inspired by the waves in her hair, I decided to make my gal a woman of color.  I've used the 'N' series of Copic markers  to get the multiple shades of grey to black for her hair.  To achieve her pretty caramel skin tone, I selected E21, E04, E11, E30 and E35. Her dress is colored to match the background paper and the pink border matches the bunny and shoes.  You can find more details if you click on my name to go to my personal blog

Hello! Kathy here sharing a fun card that features four fun digi image from Oddball Art named Funny Yeti Faces. I wanted to feature all of the Yeti’s… and their names… on my card so I used a unique fold that I found HERE.  It was actually very easy to make and includes a pocket for a gift card. (I chose one from Michaels that has the same color scheme as the card.) Speaking of colors, the cuties were brought to life with Spectrum Noir Classique Markers and a Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen. I finished the card with a flurry of die-cut snowflakes and computer-generated sentiments (Yeti or not... you are OLD! May your birthday be legendary.)

Hi! Hanna here with a paper clip card using Spring Cleaning by Oddball Art. I coloured the image with Spectrum Noir Classique Markers. I have used a # 8 size manila tag by Inkssentials and patterned papers from the Fabulous collection by Authentique. I decorated the card with some ribbon from my stash and black rhinestones and white pearls.

Hi Lou here with my card using Funny Yeti Faces by Oddball Stamps. I have printed the stamp on to X-Press It Blending Card and then coloured the cute Yetis with Copics pen. I added a bit of sparkle to the horns. I have then just adhered the coloured image to a white card from Envelope Solutions.
You can find out further details on my blog post here.

Hello Silke here. I used the Funny Yeti Faces from the our sponsor Oddball Art to create Christmas tags. Tags were punched out with a die and underlaid with chequered design paper. The faces were coloured with Copics, cut out and placed on the tags. Gold and white snowflakes were then placed on the tags as well as the sentiments. Then the faces were placed. Finally, the red ribbons were threaded and tied together with a thin gold string.

Just fabulous as always!

I wrote the sentiment on my computer using the free font KG Strawberry Limeade. I decorated the card with some rhinestones.

Hello!
Kathy here sharing a Christmas card that features sweet digi image from Star Jam Lines named Gnome Cooks. I colored the cute little gnome with Spectrum Noir Classique Markers and a Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen. The card base is made with colorful Christmas cookie patterned paper and embellished with gingerbread cookies fussy-cut from the paper. So fun!

I have added some additional clouds in the background, then adhered the coloured image to a slimline card from Envelope Solutions. The sentiment is a combination of sentiments from Power Poppy that I have stamped with Nautical Blue Memento ink. For more details, please check out my blog page here. Hello Silke here. For my card I have used the dig newborn bear from our sponsor StarJamLines. The edges of the card were wiped with a sponge. Then a strip of dotted design paper was applied. Clouds were wiped on a paper with a stencil and then the paper was attached to the card. The little bear was coloured with Copic, cut out and fixed with dimensionals. Finally, some clouds, small stars made of glitter paper and the sentiment were added.

Ruth:  I've used one of the images from Wear With Style and I've used Promarkers to colour.  Papers are from my stash and I think they are old Funky Hand digital papers that I've had for quite a long time!  As I'm on a stash ban (I have far too much) I'm trying to use up what I have.  I've used a white gel pen for highlighting on the papers and the half pearls are from my stash.

Helloooooo, it's Jackie here. I used the image Fairy Swing from our fabulous sponsor All Dressed Up. I coloured with markers and pencils. I used a slimline die with a fab Dp. A paper bow & sentiment complete the card. Such a sweet image and feels so spring like. After our lockdown winter I longed for this!  You can see more HERE.

Hello.. Billie A here with my card.. I am using the image called "wear with style"  and they sure do.. I colored the images with copics. I added to some Basic Gray designer paper and finished with Tim Holtz snarky sentiment and Stampin up sequins/pearls.  If you click on my name it will take you to this card on my blog.. thank you.

Hello! Kathy here sharing two DT cards for this challenge. Each card  features one of the beautiful images from an All Dressed Up digi  named Wear With Style.  I love this digi because one of the girls reminds me of my sister who is gorgeous and always looks like she is ready for a fashion shoot (but never believes me when I tell her that!) Meanwhile, my other sister is more comfortable in jeans and a baggy sweater… or sweatshirt if given a choice!)  I had fun matching their personalities with the colors, patterned papers and embellishments that I used on each card.

Happy Friday from Pam! I'm showcasing Fairy Swing also today and have coloured her with my Copics as well.  I used several die cut layers to make this cute sketch layout and added the scripture from 1 Peter 1:6.  The organza ribbon and cross charm on the top fold A2 sized card base completes my card. This sweet image is just perfect for all occasions and I can't wait to send it to a special friend. Be sure to check out ALL the sweet images our sponsor All Dressed Up has in their store!

Hello, Silke here. For my card I used the digi Fairy Swing from our sponsor All Dressed Up. A design paper was placed on a thin white frame and then on the card. The girl was coloured with Copics, cut  out in a rectangular shape and placed on the card. Finally, the sentiment, some die cut flowers and some yellow enamel dots were added.

Hello Margaret here.  I used the third girl from All Dressed up Wear with Style digi stamp set which I have coloured with chalks and markers.

Hi, Louise here with my card using Wear with Style. I have printed on to X-Press It blending card and then coloured with Copics markers and a few glitter pens. Then I have adhered the coloured image on to a white square card by Envelope Solutions. I am still trying to work out a sentiment for it.
More details of the colours used are on my blog post.

Hi! Hanna here. I have used Fairy Swing by All Dressed Up. The image is coloured with Spectrum Noir Classique Markers. I put some Stickles in Diamond on the flowers and butterfly. The patterned papers are from the Boho Dreams collection by KaiserCraft. I decorated the card with a doily, roses and pearls.

Hi! Hanna here with a card using Dear Sweet Friend by Angie Bloom. I coloured the image with Spectrum Noir Classique Markers and added highlights with a white Polychromos pencil. I decided to make a CAS card and only used a few sequins and rhinestones for decoration.

Hi - Vic here. When I saw this new sponsor come up, with her gorgeous images, I could not resist making a card! I used Angies Blom images: houses. I just love her work. This is a kit, which comes with a shed-load of super-cute house images! I used 4 on my card...alongside  a pink petticoat sentiment, which I have had for yonks! I loved colouring this with my alcohol pens and felt it didnt need much more, so just added a faux-stitched edge with a fineliner and a couple of dry embossed lines at the top and bottom of the card blank.......
