Good morning and welcome to The Colour Crazy Challenge blog!

Our weekly challenge theme is always Anything Goes

You can use any colouring medium you like, onto any project you like, and in any colours you like.
Please note, we are a colouring challenge and therefore you must display some colouring on your project - I'm sorry but we don't accept pre-coloured images.

This week we are very kindly sponsored by Di's Digi's

Our sponsor is very generously giving the winner of this challenge the prize of a $12 gift certificate to spend in their store.

Remember you need to claim your prize within 2 weeks as per the rules in the sidebar. Also please allow a few weeks for the sponsor to get back to you with any prizes. I'm sure you can appreciate that they are very busy.

Also don't forget we are also always looking for people to guest spot on our DT. So if you would like to be considered as a GDT, after your name on your entry add the letters GDT.  We do ask that you have a Blogger blog and a Facebook account.

We'd like to welcome another Guest Designer who is joining us for three months - Mary!

So let's get onto to what the team have made this week.

Ruth:  I've used both images from our wonderful sponsor - first up is Let's Eat Teds Cake which I've coloured using Promarkers and used some rather old papers I found in my stash!

I've also used MP3 Mike, again coloured with Promarkers and used some more of those papers I found in my stash!

Michelle - I have used Lets Eat Teds Cake by Di's Digi to create this divine shaker card!  The image was colored with copic markers and the background was created with Distress Oxide inks.

Hello. This is Kym here.  For my male themed card I have used the Di's Digi Stamps image called "MP3 Mike" and I have coloured the image in with Promarkers.  I have then die-cut around the image with a Spellbinders die and then used a texture and stars stamps from Visible image to add some interest around the image.  The Promarkers I have used are:

Face/skin - Saffron, Spice and Oatmeal
Hair - Cocoa, Cinnamon and Sandstone
Top/shoes/phone - China Blue and Cobalt Blue
Trousers - Cocoa, Cinnamon and Sandstone.

Hello this is Mary I am a GDT. For my card I have used Let's Eat Ted's Cake. I have layered up paper from my stash which have been cut using a stitched die. I added two stars in one corner and a few sequins in the other.  I have used Spectrum Noir pens: GG 1,2 For the hat and icing; GB1,3,5 for the teddy bear; DR 1,5 for the fruit on the cake; CR3 for the flowers; Yellow Sharpie pen for the flower centres on the cake; TN 1,5 for the cake; Spectrum Noir pencils:  089 and 091 for the fur;  112 for the icing and hat

Sharon:  I've used Lets eat  Ted's cake for my card and this time I wanted to focus completely on the image so I have gone for a very clean and simple style which I love. I used aqua pens scribbled on to a glass mat and picked up with a damp brush to colour my image which gives a lovely water colour effect but still allows an option to add shading.

Just fabulous as always ladies.

Hello. This is Kym here. For my card I have used the Polkadoodles image called "Ula be yourself". I have coloured in my image with Promarkers. Face/skin - Saffron, Spice and Oatmeal
Hair - Chestnut, Henna and Walnut

Hi - It's Vic! Thought I would share the card I made for this challenge, with you.... The image is such a cutie. It's called "big bunch" and is from Polkadoodles. I loved colouring it with my alcohol pens. I felt such a super image didn't need a mega fussy background, so I fussy-cut around it, and just popped it on an embossed piece, which I inked slightly, along the edges and in the corners.
Alcohol pens used:
Spectrum noirs: DR6, PL3, TB8, HB2, GB9, GB11, JG5.
Promarkers: Lime Green, pastel blue, Vanilla,
Nuvo: Brown Sugar, Garlic Clove, Butterscotch.

Michelle - I have popped over to join in with the team this week,  I have used Daffodil, The Darling Buds on my card and she has been coloured with Copic markers!

Daffodil, Darling Buds. I colored it with Prismacolor penciles:

Leaves: Green Light, Kelly Green, Olive Green
Background: Promarkers - Arctic blue, Cool aqua

Janet - My Polkadoddles image is called Helga Hippo Hello. I have coloured her with alcohol pens. I have decided to do the colouring vintage really. Mostly warm greys. With a bit of dusky pink and yellow.

Ċ½eljka-Hello!!! For this week challenge I used adorable Helga Hippo - Fairy Princess and awesome papers from our fabulous sponsor Polkadoodles and colored the image with my ZIG clean color real brush markers.

Shell here, with my first creation as an actual DT member....how cool is that! Thank you so much for asking me to stay, I'm so excited xx  Now for my card, I just love these quirky images from Bugaboo so thought I would have a play with one. I have used silver gilding flakes on the swirly bits & dots, but its looks like gold lol!!!
Full details are on my blog...The Camels Hump!

Sharon here with my card with I have coloured with one of my favourite products - sparkle pens. Hello. This is Michelle here. For my card I have used some shark images called Shark Digital stamp by Pretty Grafik Design. I coloured the image in with Copic markers. I have gone for a messy look in regards to my background, which has been created using destress inks and also modeling paste to give a nice 3D look to the water background I created.

Hello.  This is Kym here.  For my birthday card I have used the Ching-Chou Kuik image called "Ladybugs" (which comes in a set with another image called "Monarch Butterfly".  For a change I have coloured the image in with various coloured pencils.  I struggle holding pencils even with a support on the pencil so I don't use pencils very often.

Hi everyone, Heidi here, today I’m working in my Strathmore “Toned Tan“ Art Journal (14 x 21,6 cm in size). I used the Oddball image called “City of Love Image no. 379 by Lizzy Love“.
